Corporate Broking
We offer advice on market facing issues through our Corporate Broking team. This can either be a separate service or can be included as part of our overall Corporate Finance service. The department draws on the significant resources of Evolution Securities within the regulatory framework to ensure that we act as our client's best advocate in the market.
Our team, which includes dedicated investor relations managers, works within the Corporate Finance department and provides advice to our corporate clients at all stages of their development, becoming involved in the flotation process and developing our relationship with clients post-IPO on both a day-to-day and transactional basis.
One of the most important aspects of being a public company is communication with the market and we work closely with our clients to help them with both positioning and delivery of their message.
We provide a comprehensive range of services to our corporate clients ranging from in-depth share register analysis to market reports and other regular communications. Our commitment to service includes an online portal for corporate clients. We guide clients in the preparation of press statements and presentations, arrange meetings with institutions and reinforce our clients' key messages through our sales team.
