Private Fundings

Goodbody Corporate Finance is the market leader in Ireland in private equity fundraising. An important part of our business is co-ordinating the investment process to raise the most suitable and sustainable package of financing for the client, providing the relevant contacts and introductions, handling the negotiations and providing a follow-up service as necessary.

We have strong relations with domestic and international venture capital funds, as well as private equity. From these, we source investors, depending on the investment criteria. We have recently managed domestic, international and syndicated investments by Benchmark, 3i, HG Capital, American Century Ventures Inc, Fidelity Ventures and ABN AMRO.

We are currently broker to 14 companies listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. We provide a dedicated corporate broking service to our corporate clients, which includes providing share register analysis, specific and general market commentary, and arranging investor roadshows, among other services.
