There are four key parts of this box:

The directors have an abbreviated title after there names that denote their title.

| Shares | Total beneficial shareholding. If this is blank they do not have a beneficial shareholding. |

| The size of shareholding is indicated as follows |
under 1,000 — n number of shares e.g. 234n
1,000 or more — k thousands of shares e.g. 40.3k (40,300) 1, 000,000 or more — m millions of shares (up to 1.00% = e.g. 1.25m (1,250,000) 1% or more — % percentage of shares in issue e.g. 4.20% |
| 3m | The direction of the coloured arrow indicates whether the director has increased, decrease or simply maintained his shareholding over the last three months. |
| Total | The total number of share beneficially owned by the current board of directors. The direction of the coloured arrow indicates whether the board has increased, decrease or simply maintained his shareholding over the last three months. |
| Rem | This is the total amount the director was paid in the last financial year. The figure includes salary, bonus, pension, options and other payments. Other payments include compensation for loss of office amongst numerous other payments. If this field is blank it means the director has recently been appointed to the board and hence no remuneration information is available for them. |
