Paul Freedman is Joint-CEO of Timestrip Plc. After graduating from Manchester University with a BA (Joint Hons.) in Accounting and Law he worked in Corporate Finance for Citibank, London. Paul spent 9 years as a shareholding Director of his family owned textile business with responsibilities including sales, manufacturing, and general management. Paul founded Timestrip in 2001 with Reuben Isbitsky.
Reuben Isbitsky is Joint-CEO of Timestrip Plc. He began his career in Canada, at water-filter giant Brita. Following Brita's success, expansion and ultimate sale, he relocated to the new company's headquarters near Frankfurt, Germany as International Product Manager.
Reuben subsequently relocated to the UK to become International Product Manager for Sodaclub, the world's leading producer of In-Home Beverage Carbonation Systems.
He co-founded Timestrip Plc in mid-2001 with Paul Freedman.
Jonathan Steinberg is CFO of Timestrip Plc. After graduating from Manchester University with a BA (Hons.) in Economics and Politics, Jonathan trained as a chartered accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward and qualifying in 1992.
After early spells with a sales marketing business and British Telecom, Jonathan moved to Reuters Plc, where he spent six years in a variety of roles, including being the FD of a £500m turnover global division, and the CFO of a software joint venture.
Since Reuters, Jonathan has been involved in supporting a number of businesses in fundraising, new product development, sales and operations. He joined Timestrip UK as Finance Director in July 2006 and was appointed to the board in February 2007.
Stephen is a non-executive Chairman of Timestrip Plc. He has over 30 years experience in financial markets and is a Fellow of the Securities Institute. He began his career with stockbrokers Vickers da Costa Ltd, becoming a Member of the Stock Exchange in 1984. In 1985 he joined James Capel & Co (now HSBC Investment Bank plc) as a portfolio manager. Increasing management responsibility culminated in the position of Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Investment Management, firstly in respect of the international business and subsequently as acting CEO of the combined UK and international operations.
In October 2003 he joined Alfred Henry Corporate Finance Limited. He is currently a director of Alltrue Investments plc, CEO of its subsidiary, Falcon Securities (UK) Ltd and is also a director of a number of other companies whose shares are traded on AIM. Stephen chairs the audit and remuneration committees.
