Total Voting Rights 

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 30 September 2009 the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue was 93,759,624 and the total number of B Ordinary shares of 25p in issue is 1,077,276 with each share holding one voting right. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Murray International is 94,836,900.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
