The Company announces that, on 6 November 2009, 225,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 739.0 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 94,699,624 Ordinary shares (and 1,077,276 B Ordinary shares).
